This is a toy manufactured in China for Chinese children. It plays a musical snippet from a cartoon that is called “Pleasant Goat and Big Big Wolf.” I watched a lot of it in China (there was no English media or shortwave available where I was);  it’s a throwback to the violent American cartoons of my youth that was populated by the likes of Road Runner and Wyle E Coyote.

 

It’s interesting to note that this toy is 3 years old and still hasn’t exhausted the batteries.

I think it’s a communist plot.
