Once upon a time, this would have been a redundant headline, or at least an unspoken assumption.
It's now the exception, to such a degree that it's become an oxymoron that sells magazines.

... while patient stood at the checkout:
Receptionist on phone: "Can I schedule an obesity program?"
Obese guy turns to me: "They call it 'obesity' for a reason, you know. Just to humiliate you into losing weight. Howcum there's no such things as 'scrawny-isity?"
Polite smiles.
