A 15-second short story in three acts.

Click to enlarge: A cartoon from nakedpastor.com (>); seemed like an interesting illustration from an interesting site; I plan to spend a little time there and get a feel for his brand of faith.

Scene 1: A church. A man is giving a eulogy.

Man giving eulogy: I was with this man when he died. He loved the Lord and was a Godly example to all who knew him. He went peacefully, murmuring softly at the end, “It’s time to go home.”

Scene 2: Same day. A different church. A different man is giving a eulogy.

Man giving eulogy: I was with this man when he died. He loathed ignorance, loved knowledge, and was a skeptical example to all who knew him. He went peacefully, murmuring softly at the end, “I wish I could do it all over again.”

Scene 3: A cemetery, two grave stones next to each other where the two men are buried, all four seasons passing in a few moments, each grave collecting flowers then leaves then snow.
