What about the very important (but less understood) 'Mandatory Free Cupcakes for Everybody' position? We who crave the tasty wholesome goodness of cupcakse are outraged at the non-mandatoryness of these delicious treats! Imagine (if you can) all the evil doers in the world, provided with a free cupcake of his or her choice. Our hearts melt when we contemplate the scene - And so will theirs! For no one can do evil to his (or her) fellow man with a cupcake in his (or her) hand! (We await your ammendment.)
